Fiber-optic guided drones – Latest application scenarios
Security, Technology 2024-12-14 23
Fiber optic UAVs significantly increase the range and control stability of micro-UAVs, because it is not limited by the remote control distance of the pilot and the endurance of the onboard power.
Distributed Temperature Sensing – DTS
Security, Technology 2024-11-29 44
Distributed Temperature Sensing System Distributed temperature sensing systems (DTS) are fiber optic based optoelectronic instruments which measure temperature along the length of the fiber optic sensing cable. The unique feature of a distributed temperature sensing system is that it provides a continuous (or distributed) temperature profile along the length of the sensing cable and not at discrete sensing points which must be pre-determined.

Lonbo lens technology wireless communication solutions
Security, Technology 2023-11-24 60
he Lombo lens model was first proposed by American mathematician Rudolf Karl Lunenberg in 1944, and its working principle is similar to the focusing principle of optical lenses, that is, using the refraction characteristics of multi-layer media, the low-gain, wide-beam electromagnetic wave signal of a single antenna unit is gathered into a high-gain narrow-beam electromagnetic wave signal. Because of the spherical structure, it is easier to make the Lombo lens model into a multi-beam antenna, and any point on the entire sphere of the Lombo lens can be the focus, so the beam can be pointed in any direction by controlling the position of the antenna feed on the sphere.
